• Kubfu will evolve based on the Tower you take during the story of the Isle of Armor.
• These are the Tower of Two Fists: the Tower of Waters and the Tower of Darkness. The Tower of Darkness has Kubfu evolve into Single Strike Style Urshifu, while the Tower of Water has Kubfu evolve into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu.
• Your starters can Gigantamax based on your completion.
• G-Max Drum Solo is Rillaboom's G-Max Move.
• G-Max Fireball is Cinderace's G-Max Move.
• G-Max Hydrosnipe is Inteleon's G-Max Move.
• They each ignore Abilities.
• The Expansion Pass comes with new Card backgrounds and frames.

We have an update on the Expansion Pass!

• The DLC for Isle of Armor will be released on June 17.
• The two new Regi Pokémon are Regieleki and Regidrago.
• Regieleki is an Electric-type with a new Ability called Transistor. It also has the new move Thunder Cage, which deals damage and traps them in an electrified cage for four to five turns.
• Regidrago is a Dragon-type with a new Ability called Dragon's Maw. It also has the new move Dragon Energy, which does more damage the higher the HP.
• There are new Galarian Forms and Gigantamax Forms.
• Galarian Articuno is Psychic/Flying with the Ability Competitive and the new move Freezing Glare, which may leave the target frozen.
• Galarian Zapdos is Fighting/Flying with the Ability Defiant and the new move Thunderous Kick, which does damage and lowers Defense.
• Galarian Moltres is Dark/Flying with the Ability Berserk and the new move Fiery Wrath, which does damage and can cause the opponent to flinch.
• Galarian Slowbro is Poison/Psychic with the Ability Quick Draw and the new move Shell Side Arm, which only it can learn. It poisons the opponent and does Physical or Special damage based on which does the more damage.
• Gigantamax Venusaur's G-Max Move is G-Max Vine Lash, which does damage and continues to do damage for four turns to any non-Grass-type Pokémon.
• Gigantamax Blastoise's G-Max Move is G-Max Cannonade, which does damage and continues to do damage for four turns to any non-Water-type Pokémon.
• Gigantamax Urshifu Single-Strike's G-Max Move is G-Max One Blow, while Gigantamax Urshifu Rapid Strike's is G-Max Rapid Flow. These can do damage even if the target defends itself.
• Hidden Ability Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble are now available through Pokémon HOME if you deposit a Pokémon from Sword and Shield.
• There is a new item tentatively known as Cram-o-matic, which lets you combine up to four items together to make new items. You get different items based on the items you put into it.
• There are Move Tutor moves given in exchange for Armorite Ore, a substance found through Max Raid Battles in Isle of Armor.
• The first, a Fire-type move called Burning Jealousy, damages both opponents and has a chance of burning the opponent if they have had their stat boosted during this turn.
• The second, a Grass-type move called Grassy Glide, is boosted in priority in Grassy Terrain.
• In Isle of Armor, you can make Max Soup, which can Gigantamax a Pokémon with the potential to Dynamax once it is consumed.
• In The Crown Tundra, Dynamax Adventure is a game where four players investigate the Dynamax Raid dens together.
• In The Crown Tundra, there is a new feature called the Galarian Star Tournament in Wyndon. In this, you play Multi Battles against various characters from the story.
• Urshifu's new Ability, Unseen Fist, allows you to damage Pokémon that have used Protect.

A small info-dump on "The Crown Tundra" DLC.

• Galarian Slowking has been revealed. It is Poison/Psychic-type.
• The Crown Tundra will be released on October 22 in North America and October 23 in Europe and Japan. A special physical bundle containing Sword & Shield and the Expansion Pass will be released on November 6.
• Ash Hat Pikachu will be available in Sword & Shield soon.
• Pokémon GO to HOME connectivity is coming soon. When you first transfer, you'll receive a Gigantamax Melmetal.
• There is a new item, the Ability Patch, which allows you to change a Pokémon's ability to its Hidden Ability.
• There is a new feature, Dynamax Adventures, in which players will take three different Pokémon in but select one ahead of the next battle as they battle Dynamax Pokémon. Reduced Hit Points and PP remain from the previous battles.
• Galarian Slowking's special move Eerie Spell causes the opponent to lose 3 PP from its last move. Its Ability Curious Medicine resets stat changes of ally Pokémon when it enters the field.
