I'm quite amused at the contrast here. I spent a post geeking out over the games I'm interested in and then you're all just "I'm not interested in most of the games they have." XD Eh, I'm sure the games will be great, but I was really hoping for a main series Pokémon game. The last main series game came out 2 months ago. Don't get greedy.

I'm not saying it should come out yet... Just an announcement would suffice. Besides, ORAS was announced pretty soon after X and Y came out if I recall correctly.

I'm ashamed to admit that I'm interested in 1 2 switch and arms.
The switch seems to be the wii's and wiiu's final form. I wonder if it'll work out.

The console looks perfect and all, but there are some things I'm a little bothered with..
-If one were to lose both Joy Con controllers (which may happen a lot if bought for kids), buying a second pair would run $70, these things don't look like they should even cost over $25 each, plus they're small. Along with one costing $50. Getting a pro controller costs $70 also, which is more than the cost for other system controllers.
-Don't go digital unless you have a SD card, I practically have those laying around though so it's cool.
-Kinda ironic for an Xbox player to be complaining about paying to play online, but I didn't think Nintendo would follow suit. I honestly wouldn't mind paying as long as Nintendo makes it worth it. What BLOWS my mind is how we get to play a free game for only a month. What? Are they not paying attention to what their competitors are doing..?
-Ughhhh, no bundles! I figured there would be none, but was a little hopeful for something, especially for BOTW.
-Doesn't really offer much at launch too.
Other than that, I like it. There are a few more things I don't like, buuuuut I forget. Might wait a bit to see what happens after it comes out but I still can't wait.

So I picked up "Sin and Punishment" for the Wii U virtual console. Just like the other 2 Treasure games I've played it takes a bit to get use to the controls and it is quite a difficult game but it is a ton of fun once you know what you are doing.

It's that time again. There's a supposed "leak" for an upcoming Nintendo Direct with a shit ton of content in it. Seeing that said "leak" originated from 4chan I recommend taking it with a grain of salt. The Direct starts with Eiji Aonuma revealing a trailer for the Summer Breath of the Wild DLC.- Hard Mode involves enemies gaining stronger weapons, as well as new enemy camp formations.
- The Cave of Trials is a 50-floor dungeon where you only have a set amount of weapons to use. If you run out of weapons, you can buy weapons from a Great Fairy every 10 levels for a small amount of Rupees.
- New flying dungeons are added to the map. These dungeons take place in the sky and are significantly harder than the shrines.
- Releases in July
Aonuma passes it over to Reggie to start the Direct. On May 12th, over 80 classic NES, SNES, N64, and Gameboy games will be available on the Nintendo Switch Virtual Console. - Launch line-up includes Super Mario Bros, Kirby’s Adventure, F-Zero, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Paper Mario, and Donkey Kong.
- Can customize the controls for all consoles.
- Emulation looks a lot better than the Wii U’s. Comparable to the NES Classic.
- NES games $3.99; SNES games $4.99 - 6.99; N64 games $7.99 - $10.99; Gameboy games $1.99 - 3.99.
- New Virtual Console games out on a weekly basis.
- Wario’s Woods, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Donkey Kong 64, and Kirby Pinball Land available May 19th.
- Excitebike VS, Donkey Kong Country, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, and Metroid II available May 26th.
- One new NES, SNES, N64, and Gameboy game out every week.
- More games to be announced in the future.
- Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance games coming in the future.
