Please pray for the people at Kyoto Animation. It's a really devastating time for them. They make such good and well-known anime that it breaks my heart, even if I've only watched one, maybe two of their works. And not only is there so much death and carnage, it's really likely a lot of their hard-earned work, which they spent so much time, energy, and dedication on, was lost as well. I can't imagine what the survivors and their local fans are going through right now, but yes, it appears the worldwide anime community has taken a hit today.

So, I’ve been watching two newer anime lately—Fire Force and Dr. Stone. I really recommend both of them.

Fire Force is a series based on a manga written by same person who wrote Soul Eater, and it really shows. And as for Dr. Stone, I’m just loving the applications of real-life science shown within it.
