So, I’ve been watching two newer anime lately—Fire Force and Dr. Stone. I really recommend both of them. Fire Force is a series based on a manga written by same person who wrote Soul Eater, and it really shows. And as for Dr. Stone, I’m just loving the applications of real-life science shown within it. I've heard great things about "Fire Force". I'm sad I haven't gotten around to trying it out, though. It's even based on a manga written by the same guy who wrote "Soul Eater", the first REAL anime I've ever watched. How the heck have I not tried out "Fire Force"?! |

Oh! I know of those two shows! While I was down at Mad Fest in Melbourne they were showing the dubs for them. they were pretty neat.
Fire Force also got it's own booth were you could get photos with some cosplayers.

I hope people are getting ready for this next Fall season... because it is going to be one of the heaviest, packed seasons in history. So many sequels, so many up-and-comings... the isekai shows will probably be the worst of the bunch, and that is saying something. Those in bold are what I consider to be the powerhouses of the season. I'll make a list just to make a point: October 2nd (today): - Ahiru no Sora (basketball-centered/competition for kokoro no basket) - Hataage! Kemono Michi (Wrestler isekai; probably KatherineLuvsMJ's wet dream) - Radiant S2 - Cautious Hero (isekai about a protagonist that takes every threat as if it were the final boss) October 3rd: - CHOYOYU! (another isekai) - Ascendance of a Bookworm (... another isekai) - Houkago Saikoro Club (board games + cute girls show) - Oresuki (weird but interesting romance anime) October 4th: - Granblue S2 October 5th: - Fate/Grand Order (adaptation of 7th Holy Grail War) October 6th: - BokuBen S2 - Special Crime Investigation Unit - Special 7 (not confident on this one, but it looks interesting) - Kono Oto Tomare! S2 October 7th: - Africa Salaryman (Humanoid animals in suits working in an office) - Babylon - Fairy Gone S2 - Fantasy Star Online 2 (wouldn't have included it, but it will be made by Gonzo this time around) - Watashi, Nouryoku wa Heikinchi de tte Itta yo ne! Not to mention the shows that are continuing into this season: Dr. Stone, Fire Force, Vinland Saga, Diamond no Ace S2... this season is going to be insane. |
