Well i have 6 more wins to go on the World Leaders to unlock the champion one and with challenge mode on its nearly impossible. Altaria and Mandibuzz just don't seem to last long enough to do anything despite both are defence based natures, they do work very well if they aren't hit with ice moves. Everyone seems to have Ice punch these days. :/. My Umbereon really is the only one that i know will take ages to die with Curse, leftovers and moonlight. And half my team is weak against Ice so yeah.
Sigh.

I'm going more of the opposite route and preferring offense over defense. I need at least one tanky Pokemon in there though for switching and my Weezing has a good moveset for taking on physical attackers. I just need to hope for quick kills on the ones that use special attack more.
I'd suggest at least swapping out Mandibuzz for someone with good speed and either good attack or special attack. You already have Umbreon who's good with defense so it's not worth it as much to double up on them. Especially when you only get three in the single tournaments. I guess in your case someone who resists Ice-Types as well is a good pick.

Well my Altaria is very similar to my Umberon. -Dragon dance -Earthquake -Dragon claw -Roost -Curse -Moonlight -Suckerpunch -Assurance Both have a Impish nature and both need leftovers to really stand the hits. I'm thinking of getting a Arcanine with morning sun but i have to get a male Espeon but i only have one and its a female so i have to get a eevee, evolve it and train it to level 71 for it to learn morning sun, breed it with Growlith and hatch eggs until i get the right nature. Too much effort required which is something i don't have.

Arcanine can learn Morning Sun? Wow, that's not something I would have guessed. Although it's annoyingly ironic that even with only a 12.5% chance of being female your Espeon is such. Though I would consider a rare healing move on a sweeper to be a bit of a showpiece at best and a liability at worst. They usually can't take hits well enough that warrant giving them a healing move.
Well personally I would swap out both Altaria and Mandabuzz considering they are both tanky type Pokemon and Umbreon is a bit better in that category than they are. Taking a closer look at Umbreon again though it's two defenses are swapped from what I remember so Altaria might be the better one to swap in the end. But if you want to use Arcanine I suggest something a bit closer to this.
Ability: Intimidate Nature: Adamant (or any +Atk outside of Brave) EVs: 6 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd Held Item: Life Orb/Choice Band/Choice Scarf
- Flare Blitz - Wild Charge/Thunder Fang - Close Combat - Outrage/Crunch/ExtremeSpeed
This is a pretty basic build overall. You have your STAB move, type weakness counter, general damaging attack, and the last is the specialized. Thunder Fang and Wild Charge both get the job done, with Fang being weaker but more utility chances while Wild Charge is stronger but has recoil. The last one is up to you in terms of what you want to counter. Should be self explanatory but if you choose to use the Choice Band or Scarf ExtremeSpeed probably shouldn't be one of your options. It's primary use is to ensure that last sliver of HP is taken quickly even from faster opponents.

So everyone who owns the games, would you mind voting in that poll at the top? Could be useful.

I have a jolly one but its not working out for her. Also Rapidash can learn morning sun via breeding but with my female Espeon i'm not going to even bother. xD I have one right now, she is only lv30 and is a jolly natured. Life Orb Wild Charge Fire Fang Extreme Speed Rest She is more of a double battler because while she is asleep somebody has to cover her. I was thinking of getting a Vaporeon with Hydration, leftovers and Aqua ring but yet again, i will have another tank. I need some sort of sweeper besides from my Yanmega. Voted on the poll, gave it a 4/5. If the musicals were fixed and the story was much stronger i would of given it a 5/5.

I NEED FLYING TYPE RECOMMENDATION!

Yoh - What do you need it for? Special Sweeper, Physical Sweeper, Physical Tank, Special Tank, and finally do you have a type gap that you want filled?
Midnight - That should work. But I'd still say get rid of Rest. He has too many weaknesses to be able to absorb hits enough to really utilize it. In return for getting rid of it you can add another angle to attack from and defeat the opponents before they damage her.

As for the poll I gave it 4/5. Great additions overall but that's exactly what it is, Black/White with a few changes and additions. IMO it's hard for any of the Pokemon games to get a full 5/5 anymore considering it's the same overall core with just a different covering.

Yoh: Want kind of flying type do you want? You have to give a little more detail than that, strange friend.
Luci: I need a physical sweeper, Yanmega is pretty much my special sweeper and i think i might have to replace Roserade and Zoroark. his just too weak despite his very high special att.

Sorry I didn't reply Aura but I don't remember how long it took me. I think it was around that much for me too.
Midnight - The most obvious addition would be a psudo-legendary seeing as how most are designed to be Physical Sweepers.
But you're saying Yanmega isn't powerful enough? His SpAtk is is pretty good, although the two best ones that he'll use for almost everything will be Bug Buzz and Air Slash. But for your physical sweeper do you have a type preference?

I kinda just got black 2 for my bday, and I'm planning a team for in game. ^^'
Anyways, I follow a set of Fire, water, grass, flying/Pokemon that learns fly.
Optional inclusions include: HM Slave dummy, type that beats electric, and a wildcard
I have, oshawott and Volcarona planned out, along with roserade
