@yoh:
It's hard to say. I don't fully agree with PETA, but their basic point is fairly sound. A vast majority of media in the modern world encourages violence, either subliminally or prominently, and the last thing we need in this world is another generation of violence...

To explain it best let me say this:
I agree with PETA, however, I feel they are drastically radicalizing the issue...

maybe, but you just need to teach the kids the difference between a game and RL. But here's a wallpaper for your viewing pleasure that kinda relates to this.

Yeah the Wiimote thing can be taken several ways but that's usually the more commonly thought of way. Though as I said, it's all based on the people that can see the difference between reality and games. It's the ones who can't who cause problems.

We have that same problem in our country _._ It happened sometimes that some pupil starts a massacre at his school and what do they blame? Of course, videogames They think that when one out of millions played videogames that everyone will do the same Wow! Every gunman eats bread! Let's go and forbid bread, because it causes massacres Those guys in the parlament don't know anything I'm sure that the reasons of such incidents aren't videogames I stop right here, because I wrote an essay with 10.000 words about that topic, even got a A for it
