both the starter Pokémon and the box art legionaries are reveled what is everyones opinions? An owl, a cat and a sea lion? They look a bit odd, but I love that concept! As for the legendaries...they're pretty much what I expected, to be honest. Also, soft confirmation of a Hawaii-based region. Alola Region, anyone? |

The water-type starter looks stupid IMO, and the grass-type starter reminds me of hoot-hoot... so... fire-starter for me. It looks like the final evolution will be fire/dark, so I want itttttt. Also, I only like the grass-type's name. The other two just... ugh... The legendaries seem meh, but I'd choose Sun over Moon based on that alone. |

Alola Region, anyone? yea it looks like it will be Hawaii. for the legends to me its looks like for sun they took pyroar and changed some details. as for moon its not as bad of a copy but still looks like they took the base of noivern and just changed a lot more things. starters just look like shit to me |

And I wasn't basing off adorableness, I was basing off what the Pokemon may look like when they evolve. I'm just imagining that the fire type will look the best at it's final evolution XD Yeah... the legendaries need a bit of work. The Sun mascot doesn't look bad, really, but how can a Lion and a Bat be connected, exactly? lol You would think it'd create more of a wink to the Lion King with the lion representing good and the hyena representing not-so-good? I don't know... |

I might pick Sun, honestly, but I like the looks of the Moon legendary as well. As for starters, Rowlett is the one who has caught my eye! It's kind of adorable and I like how it's information says it turns its head around to see what it's trainer will command it. The other two look okay, but I've never been a fan of cats (even those that shoot flaming hairballs). Plus, since this region is based on Hawaii, I get the feeling there will be plenty of Water-types. Then again, there will probably be plenty of Grass-types, but I still like Rowlett. |

Well dude, that just means I'll be choosing "hard mode", so I'll get more of a challenge :P And again, I try to judge the starters by how they turn out by the end of the game, and I think Litten has the most potential. Rowlett is second. So hopefully you can get the other starters later, because I want Rowlett too XD Meh... the Moon Legendary just doesn't feel like a Pokemon to me. That's all. the Sun Legendary looks like a cousin to Litleo XD |

Meh, he's always looked like his fins are wings to me, so I still count it. The point being, that's a common design method for box art legendaries, and a hyena doesn't really fit the pattern. I dunno, at the end of the day I'm going to do my best not to pass judgement until we have more info. Still backing Popplio though, since it's obviously going to be the underdog starter. |
