I dunno. As much as I love both Brock VAs from the regular Pokemon anime, I actually liked Johnny Yong Bosch's rendition of him. He does it really well.

I guessing that you mean Pokemon Adventures with that comment. (nobody remembers any of the other Pokemon manga :-/

) It's based off of the Gen I games while using the newer designs for the characters. If it was based off of Adventures then Red would of had black hair and he would of started with a Bulbasaur.
