Seeing as they showed us a preview of the X and Y anime coming later this year, I'm going to give some predictions of what I think is going to happen in the anime.

- Ash is going to catch a Chespin, a Fletchling, and a Froakie. Because Fletchling evolves into a Fire-type, he won't be getting a Fennekin.

- Ash will travel with Serena, who will have a Fennekin as her partner.
