The New 3DS is coming out in Japan later this year at an equivalent of $181 USD (for the XL/LL) and $140 USD (for normal) and it's going to have a small circle-pad "C-Stick" in homage of the GCN controller. The gameslot will be at the bottom left, with the stylus near it. They improved upon the 3D screen, where you can finally look at an angle and still see the 3D. They have a faster CPU in it and because of this, Xenoblade Chronicles on the 3DS will only be playable on the New 3DS. It won't play on the original old ones. It will also have built in NFC support, for the Amiibos. Well, that's some bullshit right there. Good thing I don't care about Xenoblade Chronicles. |

It's not really the game, but the TV series I'm more excited about. Tbqh, I think the fanbase is being really ignorant torwards it without giving it a chance, saying that this isn't anything like the original Sonic. But neither was SA2 Battle when it came out, and it's the most worshipped game (don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE that game) and the same goes for Sonic Riders, which I thought was an amazing game, too. Or how they want Amy to stop being so Amy and they complain when they finally improve her character.
It's also similar to how the Mario games eventually got redesigns and new characteristics, like making Toad and Peach playable characters, but people don't complain about that??
I'm excited for the game, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not that great. I like the redesigns a lot though, and Sonic Lost World was pretty cool.
I think the TV series is gonna be great though, the animation looks gorgeous and I'll be so sad if it's as lame as Teen Titans Go or something like that.

It isn't like the original Sonic at all, it's made by a completely different development team for a different demographic, with different mechanics. That's the issue people have with the game. Those who have played it at E3, PAX, Comic-Con, etc all say it doesn't feel right in terms of some gameplay mechanics. When the game comes out, the overall views of the game will be much more prominent. Another thing, SA2 was loved because the first one was loved by many, it kept the formula while expanding towards the 3D animation. I despised Riders for the awful and clunky controls, the forgettable characters, and the fact it's made so many expansions. Really? I've never heard an Amy complaint. I thought the fact she's not all "OH SONIKKU! LET ME HAVE YOUR BABIES DESU DESU DESU!" is an improvement. I despised her in the main series of Sonic games. No one complains about Peach and Toad being characters because people wanted them to be characters ever since Super Mario Bros. 2 (the American version). The only complain about the two Toads in the New Super Mario Bros. series... which is warranted. I wanted Peach in since NSMBWii. The TV series seems fine and the games are basically in tangent with the show. Will I watch it? Nope, not interested in it. However, lots of kids still love Sonic, and will definitely watch it. |

I actually really liked Sonic Riders though, I somehow got used to the messy controls and I'm pretty good at it, I replay it once in a while. The most disastrous Sonic game imo would either be Sonic DX or Sonic '06.
And yeah, some people are complaining about her current voice actress, who I prefer over her old annoying VA, and they're also saying that she's just like Princess Sally, which I disagree with because Sally was a Mary Sue, while Amy still needs to keep her crush on Sonic and her stubborn, feisty attitude. I didn't like her much in the old games either, nor in Sonic X, but she was a lot better in the original Sonic X Jap dub. They took a lot of her lines and made them really stupid in the English dub, like in the Jap dub she told Sonic something really caring like, "We're all gonna go back to our planet together," but 4kids changed it to "sanic u saved me lik e u always do!!1!!!1!"
Also, I got Mario Kart 8 and JJ said that you were gonna slay me but not this time buddy >>>;(((((

And Sonic and Amy's relationship was a little more mature in the Jap dub of Sonic X. 4Kids cut out a lot of vital scenes, including the one where she confessed to him and he confessed right back. Tbqh, Sonic X wasn't really for kids since there were actually a lot of curses and such that needed to be censored. My NNID is Sabrinoodles, and take your time with the internet. I'm still trying to get used to the game lmao. And no, I didn't get the DLC. I literally just bought the game two days ago, and I'm not sure if I'm gonna buy it or not. I'm trying to save my money to buy more Wii U games like Windwaker HD since I only have two. |

nagidawn Generations was indeed amazing. I played the 3DS version and I had a blast. They managed to make the Egg Emperor from Sonic Heroes fun to fight against. The freakin' Egg Emperor!
