Bulbanews, usually posted on Twitter, posted an image of the new movie: M15 - Extremesepeed Genesect: Mewtwo's Awakening. However, if you look closely to the bottom left, you see a random Sableye. Clearly it's with Ash and the group, so it might mean one of them might get the Pokemon before the movie arrives and during a certain episode in the Episode N saga.

Who do you think it will belong to?

I think it will belong to Cilan, because Iris got her Dragonite and Ash got back his Charizard; so I think Cilan will get it due to him being the only one to not receive a previous-gen Pokemon.
