Technically, it we're seeing how other people react, and no one replied me on the usershipping thread, apart from Aura.
So how do you think Ash will meet his father?

Still doesn't mean you can go out of your way to post it in other different threads for others to see. People will see it. Be patient. I honestly doubt Ash will ever meet his father. |

There was an official comment that stated that Ash's father will be thrown in should the need arise for Ash to "mature."

If no one replied that doesn't mean they won't reply at all. Be patient and don't talk about it on other boards, lol. So how do you think Ash will meet his father?I remember reading somewhere that one of the writers on Pokemon said that Ash's father would be introduced when it would be essential to his character development. So, I think if he were to appear it would be when Ash may be facing a time of crisis and needs to learn a valuable lesson from his father. I think that would be an awesome background for a movie  |

Charizard is a staple member of Ash's team. Ash's father never made ANY sort of appearance, only mentions in the ORIGINAL series. There's a complete difference.

The main the question is why has no one every mention his father? Not Delia. Not professor Oak. Nobody. Come to think you rarely meet the parents of any trainers. Except May and Max and Brock and Dawn.

When Ash called his mom in Viridian City's Pokemon Center, his mom stated he got there faster than his father, who took 4 days to get there. In the Japanese version, Delia states about his father and grandfather taking far longer than he did and how they'd be proud. |
