Discuss PC games here.
Your favourite? Least Favourite?
My personal favourite PC game ever (hell, favourite game ever regardless of system) is Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos. And also The Frozen Throne Expansion for it.
Blizzard has set the standard for all Video Game Expansions ever since Warcraft 2: Beyond the Dark Portal and has continued the tradition of making sure their games are top notch. They refuse to sell an unsatisfactory product. They'd prefer to completely cancel it if it does not meet their expectations as we've seen with Warcraft Adventures: Lord of the Clans and Starcraft: Ghost.
Starcraft is another iconic Blizzard game. It is another game I grew up with and the Sequel is also top notch.

Yeah and I was waiting intently for Ghost...
I'm not as much a PC gamer as console but Blizzard games are usually my standard along with a few other RTS like Age of Empires. The only problem is that I'm not all that great on multiplayer so I have fun against the harder difficulty AIs usually. The older Sim City editions were very fun back in grade school, though I haven't played them since. Same with Lucas Arts' older games like The Mystery of Monkey Island and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. The Sims was also surprisingly entertaining, and Risk II brings some memories back. Not all of them positive.
In the end though, either Starcraft or Diablo II would have to be my favorite. As for least favorite I'm not really sure. Most of the time I look or ask before I buy.

My dad is a huge Sim City 4 nerd. He comes home from work and says. "Give me the comp, I've got cities to build!" and stays on for hours. XD

Aw damn...because its fun and funny, you get to invade your neighbor's house and play pranks on him like no tommorow.

My favourite PC game? At the moment it's Portal 2. I just wish that I could get it working again. So I just have to play my second favourite Freelancer.

Some of my other PC favourites include Battlefield 2, Emperor: Battle for Dune, the FIFA series, Mass Effect series except the third (I know they came for the X360 first but I played those games on PC first), NFS series, especially NFS2SE(good times).

The Starcraft series is easily one of my favorites. To play and to watch and I can't wait for the expansion.
I haven't tried Warcraft though.
Meanwhile, I haven't played it but Diablo 3 looks pretty cool. But for now I'll wait since I've got Torchlight 2 preordered.

Comparing the activity in this thread to the Console Games thread, it's accurate to say that most of you are console gamers to the core.

That, or in my case, my computer can't run modern games.

I'm both. My interest in what game I want to play changes all the time. Right now I'm playing Fire Red (It's so hard to find a legit copy) About a month ago I was blitzing the stars in Freelancer and before that it was Ratchet and Clank 3.

Oh, I have quite a few PC games that I love (most of which are also available for console, but I prefer gaming on my computer anyway)!
Let's see, there's MMOs like WoW, Rift, and SWTOR. Then we have various others like Fallout 3, Dragon Age: Origins, Oblivion, Skyrim, and every Sims game known to mankind.
Then there's also the classics like Solitaire and FreeCell...good stuff!
