...you my friend just gave game girls a good name You've never seen a gamer girl before? You should see some of my old classmates. Everybody had played some modern game at some point before and had some decent knowledge about how most games work. I think I struck it lucky with who was in my graduating class.

Well there's legitimate gamer girls who actually enjoy gaming and have fun with it, and then you have "gamer girls" who say they play COD just to pick up d00dz~

Okay, I'm probably going to seem like such a noob (yeah, I know I am), but what's COD?

I played COD once. It didn't feel that much different from any other FPS I've played. That said though, my friend who owns it plays many other games and hates having chat on when does play. In his own words "Too much swearing from people of all the ages." He even turned it on to prove it to me for one round.
But I have nothing against the series. It's fun but not that different from other FPS's

Well finally starting installing Sims 3. First set of files didn't work so I needed to find a new set which downloaded painfully slow for 51GB. Hopefully these will work better, but I'm more familiar with the ISO format so it should be good.
Haven't really played the series since the first one so starting with all of the expansions should be fun. I always did like building the houses more than following and directing the sim's life.

Ah finally, tis work. It took a while but finally have it up and running. Sims 3 plus 12 expansion packs. Wow they must make a killing off those that buy everything, and I didn't even grab two of them...
Although I did like their error message when I was fixing it. "We have detected an unauthorized modification to the Sims 3 game. Either remove it or find an updated version of it before continuing." It's almost as if they want people to crack it.

They're up to 12 expansion packs now on Sims 3?! Oh dear, I'm so far behind xD
I was a total Sims junkie in my younger days. I have all the Sims 1 & 2 expansions, and I modded the games like crazy on my old PC desktop.
I got the original Sims 3 for my birthday a year after it came out. Added some mods to it and everything, but I haven't played it a long time, so I figured buying the expansions wouldn't be worth it.
I agree with you, though, building houses is the best part. I get bored of families pretty quickly, unless I'm working on some crazy family tree xD
What I didn't like about Sims 3 was how the neighborhoods were set up with the saves. You could only have one playable family per neighborhood, where as on the Sims 2 I build massive towns filled cool families and houses and whatnot. I don't know if they've adjusted the gameplay for Sims 3 with any of the expansions, but that was the main reason why I stopped playing it in the first place :/

Haha, I used to play SimCity all the time, but it's been years since a new version has been released, so I haven't played in some time.

Sara - Actually there are 14 expansions now, I just didn't bother grabbing the Katy Perry and Diesel ones. They had them ready but I had enough problems with the first one I didn't want to complicate things too much. Though I'll have to see if they didn't rectify that problem you mentioned with one of the expansions. I never played 2 so I missed several newer additions. But I can show you where the files are though if you want to catch up.
Tactical - Same franchise but wrong game. The Sims is different from SimCity, though I did grab SimCity4 as I was getting the others. Haven't installed it yet though.

I actually did some Googling, apparently there are some ways to go around it but it's still not the same set-up as Sims 2. But, Sims 3 still does have its perks so yeah if you could show me those files it'd be awesome!

Okay but first I have to mention that these files will be downloading as torrents, and if you don't know much about them look for the "how to find anime" thread and it should have what you need to know about them. Sims 3 DownloadThe Sims 3: Master Suite StuffThe Sims 3: Katy Perry Sweet TreatsThe Sims 3: Diesel StuffIt took a while to download these, for me several days cause I didn't get very good seeds, but this contains most of the expansions. As for the other three they are individual expansions not included in the batch and will probably download rather quickly. They are all in an ISO format which is essentially a completely digital form of a CD/DVD and to run them you'll have to use a program like DAEMON Tools Lite, it's free so you don't have to worry about that. After everything is downloaded follow the instructions given in the batch, open Daemon Tools to mount each ISO "image" as you need them, and you should be good. Just add in any of the other three you want afterwards by uncompressing them and running the setup. I'm not entirely sure as to how it will interact with your official copies though. I don't foresee any problems, in fact I think it might work better than when I had to toy around with getting my version to work. But if it doesn't you might have to add the crack files to those as well and at worst it might limit the online stuff that you can do. It probably doesn't affect anything but if EA checks for multiple CD keys that way, which I kinda doubt, it might prevent you from going online anyways. If you still have problems just send me a PM or something and I can probably get you through the rest. Though as I downloaded these I also grabbed Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 for nostalgia sake. It was fun for about a day before it got boring. It was just too easy.
