Yeah  i talk to him sometimes :3 soo he send u here? how nice! if u get to talk to him tell him i said hi! ok he goes to my school so i can talk to him all the time. i hope to stay on this forum for a long time (you see if a forum gets boring i leave and never come back again EVER ) but from the looks of things i will stay here for a long time H,m. Another person with a personality around here. Welcome lol we need someone like u here. It's getting kinda boring |

It's probably because Iris made so many Pokemon fans leave the franchise. Yes, that's right. I'm blaming Iris. But here's a topic, what do you think we can expect from an X and Y anime? If Ash is still in it, do you think it will be better than Best Wishes was? Ahaha, I actually kind of thought Iris was badass. Though, I do agree that she was really annoying with "Ash, you're such a kid!" all the time. Buuuut, I liked how independent she was. AND HOW SHE HAD DRAGON TYPES! <3 Yeah, the whole Dragonite thing annoyed the crap out of me too. But I have to say that I like her game counterpart rather than her anime counterpart. She was a bit much at times. But I still liked her. Way better than Misty. At least Iris could actually battle and defend herself. lol As for the topic, yes. I think this was sort of like an experiment for Pokemon. You noticed how gen. 6 came in so fast?? I think gen. 5 was meant mostly for the new generation of Pokemon fans. To get them used to the whole concept and such. Now that they're coming in for a close, they now have shown the audience a bit of Ash's past so the fans get to know him a bit more. And they also got to see the older fans feedback. Honestly, gen. 5 was an experiment for them. The real thing is gonna kick in in gen. 6! I'm not too sure if they'll replace Ash or not. It's hard to tell for sure right now. But I don't think so. I mean, like i mentioned before, the new fans just got a small glimps of Ash's past. They're now a bit more connected to him, non? Plus, Ash is Pokemon's cash cow. lol As for the blonde girl? I don't know if she'll be in the anime. I mean, they didn't add the other B/W characters. But maybe they will this time. I really hope they do though. She's such a cutie like WOW! <3 Another fun fact: Iris and Cilan do not know what a Koffing is and the Pokedex speaks out loud for everyone to hear. Also, Ash is freakin' ten. Of course he's going to make a few stupid mistakes. *face palm* my brother is 8 and he knows 90% of the pokemon out of his head +if cilan is a whatever he says he is then why doesn't he know a koffing A KOFFING! if it was a mew or mewtwo i would understand but a koffing o.O There is something you need to remember. Pokemon is made and targeted for children. The years have went by, and Nintendo noticed a new generation of Pokemon fans coming in. So, they made the anime for gen. 5 similar to gen. 1's anime. They made Clian like Brock and Iris like Misty. They made Ash a noob again so that he'd learn again as he went through his journey. He's learning WITH the audience now. I know how you feel though. It did slightly annoy me when I heard Ash pulled out his Pokedex for a Charmander... But in the end, I have to remember that the anime now belongs to the new generation. This is THEIR childhood now. We had our run and I'll never forget it. <3 But I think it's time we stop the bashing and let this generation enjoy their childhood, non? It only seems fair. |

Fun fact: Ash had never scanned a koffing with his Pokedex before he battled Roxie in the anime. fun fact after seeing a pokemon a million of times one does not simply scan it Actually, the matter of Ash scanning Koffing with the Pokédex has nothing to do with the fact that he wouldn't know what it is. The writers did that for the sake of the viewers who were unfamiliar with the Pokémon. You just gotta remember that sometimes they do things for the sake of new viewers, even if it might seem dumb to fans. |

It's not arguing, we're stating our opinions just like you did. We're not attacking you or anything, we just like to point out things.xD Ahaha and I agree with the Absol evolution. There was this fake Absol evolution floating around the internet a while ago. I already posted it up a few years ago. Buuut, considering how awesome it looked, I'll post it again as we all cry ourselves to sleep because it will never happen.  Just urgh. What a piece of art. I wish one day, Pokemon will have a contest where fans design a new Pokemon for the new gen. Just a few of course. It'd be REALLY interesting. Something I wish for the new game; When restarting the game, they let you know right away that you need to do the whole select+whatever other button you have to press to reset the game. You have no idea how many times I forget about that, and I end up restarting my game, playing it for 3h and then not being able to save because I technically didn't erase the original file. ghfdjsikghfujdresw NOOOoooOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo I understand a lot of people like this feature, but I don't. It drives me nuts.xD I'd also like to see some more cool Steal, Dark and Dragon types. <3 I also want cooler Psychic types. Like, seriously. I wasn't too crazy about last times Psychic types. Some were cool looking, but I want coooooooooler ones. I also want some more awesome bug types. They did AN AMAZING job with gen. 5 for the bug types like WOWIEEEEEEE |

That would be awesome idea for making a contest for new design. I do like to see Pinisher and other Pokemon that no evolution should get a new one.

What I really want to see is a storyline to surpass Gen 5. Hard standards to live up to, but I believe they can do it. Avoid the "lol,jk,I just want to rule the world" cop out, and I think they could succeed. As for Pokemon, I want four stage evolutions, and better Poison types. Just give me that and I will be happy.

Same here, it's been fun watching the attacks "evolve" from what they were in the original Gen I's. Most for better, some for worse. But the 3D aspect will be a real boon, hopefully. --- how about a skarmory evolution Um, as interesting that could be, Skarmory is already arguably the most powerful physical tank in the game, do we really need him to become a better tank? If you don't have an Electric-Type move that thing is already annoying as hell, lol. |
