The only way I could win is if I used my level 100 Arceus, my level 100 Rayquaza, my level 100 Reshiram, my Seismitoad, my Mewtwo, and my Kyogre.

It's still slow as hell so with its Attack and Defense swapped any good physical sweeper should be enough to take it down.
As for your choices Pichu, only the Seismitoad would probably be allowed in a regular tournament, lol. You have to have something else with the ones you've built up in Black 2 right? Even the ones you use for the World Tournament or subway should be good enough. You need decent ones to really consistently get far in those.
For myself though most of my IV and EV trained Pokemon are still sitting on Diamond. Skarmory, Snorlax, and Starmie are the only three I brought over I think. I built a full Psychic team when the last forum decided to have a Gym Leader type of challenge but it never really went much further than that. Besides those though I just have an odd assortment of them with most being sweepers. But in total I'm just good with the knowledge of what to do and no real experience in real tournament battles.

Since the new region will be based off France, aside from the desert, what other kind of Pokemon will you expect?
Or, better yet; the motif to this generation?

Since the new region will be based off France, aside from the desert, what other kind of Pokemon will you expect? Or, better yet; the motif to this generation? Here's an abstract answer to this, but: Kanto itself honestly had no motif. Johto focused on the cultural aspects of Japan (Particularly that of the Kansai region) Hoenn was environment based with the tropical setting, diverse locations, and weather effects. Sinnoh was also environment based although to a lesser degree. It was mostly snow based, while all the exceptions came from the Battle Frontier Island in Northern Sinnoh (Which makes NO sense if I may add, as it's situated right next to the Snowpoint area, which is one of the COLDEST areas within Sinnoh) Unova was definitely urban based, along with the culture of the USA, specifically the NYC/New Jersey area. The new region however? I expect to be culturally based similar in vein to Johto, except instead of Japanese culture being the highlight, it will be French culture.
