Gengar - Yeah and that Druiddigon is now mine. All mine!  But seriously, I'm not sure why you actually gave him to me. Bacon was a gift after all, you didn't need to compensate me. As for myself I've found my fair share at least. My first was a Scyther I found in Silver. I still remember that one. I was in the bug catching contest and was freaking out every time I did something because I was afraid it would run. Still my favorite shiny I've caught, even if its data is long gone. More recently though I've caught Magikarp in Emerald, Wingull in Diamond, Grimer in Black 2, and I got real lucky with a Pichu and Ghastly in one day while working on Diamond. I somehow get the feeling that after that day I'll never see a shiny again... |

So the next shiny I met was in Pokemon Sapphire. I was strolling along in Shoal Cave looking for shoal salt when suddenly BAM! Shiny Zubat. I caught him and he is currently on my Black2 in the form of a Crobat. He's so cool.

Oh and the first shiny I found was a sandslash in Pokemon leaf green. Gengar I can try breeding my shiny breloom with my shiny ditto and try to get a shiny shroomish if u want The IVs don't determine shiny status any more so I don't think that will help. The only two things I know that increases your chances are the Shiny Charm and breeding Pokemon from two different regions. Although after all the breeding I did in Diamond, I have doubts of the latter even working. |

EDIT: breloom is in Pokemon emerald and ditto iS in pearl

IV's only determined shiny status back in GenII.

Well like Speedy said it only matters in Gen II anyways. You can try but I doubt that you'll find much of a difference. Besides, the chances will still be low enough that you'll become annoyed enough either way.

That Shiny ghastly and Pichu was probably a sign. As for the druegioonasfojansiogun thing. Meh. I wasn't planning on using it. xD Ampplaca, I don't think a shiny ditto affects the chances of breeding a shiny. It has to be a Pokemon of the same egg group from another region. |

shiny charmander on Fire Red, that was a trade that my mate gave me.
Shiny geodude on teh same Fire Red
Shiny Dratini on Leaf Green
Shiny Eevee on Platinum

All the shinies that I've ever caught have been traded away for either event legendaries to complete the Pokedex, or someone else's shiny. xD So all the shinies I have came through trade  |
