So many good ones that people are mentioning. Glad that we got this thread going, lol.
While Pichu mentioned Carcaptors I prefer the original Cardcaptor Sakura. The American version flip-flopped several aspects of it and changed part of the direction of the entire series. And when it comes to Rosario+Vampire, if you're embarrassed about the fanservice look up the manga and read that. While there is still a bit of fanservice in there it's devoted more towards the storyline.
Otherwise I've liked pretty much everything that everyone has mentioned so far, and you guys know good anime. Though I never watched the newer seasons of Yu-Gi-Oh and haven't started watching Blue Exorcist yet. And I actually haven;t heard of Murder Princess either. I might have to take a look at what that's about.
But on the mention of exorcist, D.Gray Man is another one people should check out. Plenty of action, comedy, and sci-fi in a Victorian England age.

Ouran High Shool Host Club? Nope, I've seen it, although it was several years back. Haven't read the manga or visual novel it was based on though.

and even though i havent watched 5ds future seasons, i have heard that if you watch it in sub it is quite darker, and makes it better than the original

I don't watch much anime besides Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. Though I would love to see Pokemon battles...on motorcycles.

Detroit Metal City? Seen it, wasn't all that enthused. One of my friends in Japanese class recommended it to me.
But then again I still remember putting the 7 min shorts of Chi's Sweet Home on my iPod and watched them during passing times.
