Hm, just google "Infinite Stratos Iphone" or something, lots of sites should pop up that lets you stream it..

And I actually think I've decided to go with Houki, I think most of the supporters for Ichika and Charlotte does it because they themselves likes Charlotte as a character more than Houki. :p
As for me, just like Pichu said, I think she fits with Ichika a bit better.

I know that. That's why I asked what phone you had in the first place. There are some sites specifically for iOS devices that lets you stream anime, just keep looking and make sure they aren't just regular streaming sites so that they're for your phone.

edit- my mom has an iphone 4, so I can test a few sites from there. I'll edit this post once I've found one that properly works, ^^
