Yeah I caught a Feebas too in my old Ruby file...I think I caught two since I know my first Feebas didn't evolved on account of me and my friend gave it different PokeBlocks while my other Feebas did evolved since I only fed her Blue PokeBlocks..

I gotta admit G3 is a pain to evolve Pokemon sometimes if you know on what you're doing...=_=
