Are the protagonists wearing full body suits? It sure seems that way from what I see of beneath their tops.
As for new Team Plasma, they are much better than the old one. The old team plasma were trying to set themselves up as saviors to the people and to the PC as well but their constant cruelty to Pokemon greatly underwhelmed that aspect of the plot and made them too hypocritcal to take them seriously.
In BW2, both old and new team plasma work well. Even though new team plasma is basically Team Rocket in all but name, it still works.
Also, Memory Link is awesome. The feels, all those feels...

You can't trade from a previous generation to generation 3. Yeah man. You just can't trade anything over that's before gen. 3.; ~ ; I tried a few times, but it just doesn't work sadly.... But I'm really glad that I have my Game Cube and SP to trade back and forth with. It's a lot of fun. I just wish I could get a Game Shark though. That way I can catch any Pokemon (from gen 1, 2 and 3) and trade it over to my Xd/Colosseum game and watch them battle in 3D!! <3 Though, I must ask. Would it be possible to link 2 SP's together, one with Crystal and one with R/S and trade Pokemon's? (Only gen 1 or 2 Pokemon's of course) I just never was able to try it since I don't have the trading cable for 2 SP's. Plus, I only have 1 SP and no one else that I know has one nor the cord.; ~ ; I know it's a dumb question, but I've never been able to try it out, so I don't know.///// |

No, the internal mechanics between generation 2 and generation 3 are so vastly different that trading is simply impossible. This is the reason why the core mechanics haven't changed since generation 3 and only slight additions or changes were made in each new generation. Doiing so would lock out the previous generations again.
So anyone expecting a major overhaul in how the game works is going to be forever disappointed.

As far as I know you're right Jack but for some reason I have this lingering thought that you could somehow do it with Battle Revolution (or whatever the Game Cube version of Stadium was). I never got it so I never really looked into it.

Coloseum and XD? Those can only trade to RSE or FRLG.
The data overhaul between gen 2 and 3 may not seem like much but it's actually a massive change. In terms of data and core mechanics, a Pikachu from Gen 1/2 has absolutely nothing in common with a Pikachu from Gen 3 +. It's a completely different creature.

Wow, I wish I new how to trade and stuff.I'm really ignorant when it comes to games (like seriously, don't know how to do anything when it comes to games at all).
I'm excited cause I have black, but wanna get black 2!!! XD although I don't know how to do anything you guys are talking about, like with whatever that memory link is.
Lol yeah, I'm useless when it comes to games. XD

What we're talking about? Most of it is incompatibility between the older generations and the new ones. As for the memory link, it's something where your newer Gen V games sync with the originals and you get little flashbacks with the gym leaders or your character's name comes into play. Pretty much an Easter Egg type of thing, doesn't do that much for the game outside of one or two things but mostly like hidden backstory.
As for the trading you just go to the upper level of the Pokemon Center. If you want to trade over WiFi then get your friend's friend code, put it into on item you have in the "key item" pocket, and then you can link up with them. Other than that most of it is just communicating via the internal wireless feature.

Did anybody used to force family members and friends to use their DS' so that they could get Pokemon that evolve by trade?
