Hey, guys! It's me again with the news!
Today, our story revolves mostly around the newest episode of Best Wishes 2 in Japan. And boy, was it a good one!
First, we see Trip, the winner of the Junior World Cup, battling against Alder. Serperior was strong, but ended up losing very quickly to Alder's Bouffalant. In the end, everyone's prize was...an Alder key chain. Wow. Then again, it was good to see Trip gain back some respect for Alder again.
After that, Ash and the others say good-bye to their rivals, and from the looks of things, everyone's leaving on good terms. Burgundy doesn't yell at Cilan, Georgia and Iris seem to be getting along, and even Ash and Trip are friendly to one another. Things are going well.
Then, a late comer to the tournament shows up. Yes, you guessed it! It's Kotetsu! And boy, is this kid quite the character. First, he tries to take out his Pokedex to scan Pikachu, but ends up pulling out a TV remote instead! Plus, he's got a Riolu that seems to mimic his mannerisms!
As well, Team Rocket seems to be continuing with their plans while Ash and Dawn have one last battle before she leaves for Johto to compete in this year's Wallace Cup! With Pikachu facing Quilava, we see an awesome battle that ends in a draw. Then, we say good-bye to Dawn and see a warm-hearted good-bye between Oshawott and Piplup that would make anybody cry! Sniff...I promised myself that I wouldn't cry!
Anyway, after Dawn leaves, Kotetsu returns and finds out that seven badges isn't enough for the Unova League! He needs one more! Plus, he thought that the Unova League was all of the way in Ecruteak City, Johto! Yeah, this is going to be a good character indeed. And from the looks of things, there's a good chance of him being a new rival for Ash!
With that, we end the episode with Ash, Iris, Cilan, and Kotetsu all prepared to go to Seigaiha City to see Kotetsu face off against Marlon with his known team of Riolu, Samurott, and Ferrothorn!
So, with the news out of the way, I'm happy to hear any comments that you might have or questions that you want to ask me! Alright, I'm Pichu, and this has been PokeNews!
