Anyone got a favorite hip hop beef? I like ja rule vs 50 cent. Ja got murdered. Pun intended. It ended up being bigger than the two of ten and eminem along with dmx vista rhymes and g unit got involved. Some of the eat diss songs were made due to this beef like Wanksta, hails revenge, and go to sleep. How about you guys? What did you think o this beef and is there another one you liked?

I like all the 50 Cent feuds and happen to be a big fan of Fat Joe (obviously), Cam'ron, Jadakiss, Styles P and Ja. 50 made some amazing tracks and I'm being serious when I say that. 50 has absolutely nothing on Jada and Styles. Those two are two of the absolute best. Jada asked 50 for a battle on stage and of course 50 wanted nothing to do with it. 50 knows that, Em knows that. Em loves Jadakiss and rightly so.

As for Ja.. People can say what they want, but he's very good lyrically. DMX might have had a point in saying that Ja ripped off of his style, though I really prefer listening to Ja and I'm a big fan of both.

Ja is ok. I only like hisstuff that featured Ashanti lol. Didn't know much about the jadakiss beef but I know it's only because of the new York collab with ja and fat Joe. They were big artists and 50 needed the publicity boost. He's a great rapper but I doubt 50 can freestyle. Music was only his leverage to step up in the business world. As for ja, he a stupid businessman. His diss tracks were straight up facts and hardcore while 50s side was much more humorous and entertaining. It did sound like ja ripped off of dmx and 2pac though. It just felt like he's was trying too hard to e hardcore. And damn fat Joe lost weight. He ain't fat Joe anymore. ETF are we gonna call him now?

Ja is ferocious, but nobody really believes in what he says and he's sort of killed his career. I mean.. I'm probably the biggest Ja fan in the world and one of those only Ja fans. I still rate him and think he's better than 50.

50 has made some amazing, amazing stuff. I do buy his CDs. He's just had beef with some of the very best and it's probably a good thing. He does better sales than what they do and kids believe what 50 is saying and actually think he's better ~ which I disagree with.

Jada is the best, man. Early on he was working with B.I.G. and Pun. Both are top 5 ever and if they rated him, what does that say?

Joe has lost a lot of weight! He'll still be Fat Joe as he's still got some titties. Haha..

I agree with you on jadakiss. I'm a fan of ruff ryders. Think I even had a shirt. And fat Joe also cuz his flow just seems so relaxed for some reason. Maybe cuz he gets tired I dunno lol. And lol at his titties. But ja is still a sucka. He was a fake and fifty called him out on it. He spoke about things he's never done and that's what ruined his career. And fifty did the same for Rick Ross. He claimed to be a hustler but was a cop. But, like 50 no one gave a shot because people loves ricks music. It was catchy and still is. Its just fiftys personality. He calls out fakeness. I tend to do that myself sometimes also.

Rappers, for the most part, are characters. 50 and Eminem are two of the biggest characters in the game. What matters is the music and how it sounds ~ most of it is far from believable. In any beef, at the end of the day you have to ask who is making the better music? 50 won the war with Ja, but I'm still a bigger Ja fan. I think he's been more consistent.

It depends on a persons music preference. For more club and party goers, most definitely 50. Consistently as you said, maybe ja. 50 is over ambitious. He co produces too many albums at once which even started A fee beefs in g unit itself. If he woul have stayed with one album, he could have possibly competed with get rich or die trying again. Not everyone has his work ethic and he expected it out of his people. So I understand game bein fed up about it and starting beef.

Most people are going to prefer listening to 50.

50 has not been able to make another album that comes close to being half as good as Get Rich Or Die Tryin'. Ja, Joe, Game.. All of their albums are as good as each other and I mean they are really good. It's not just a couple of hits and the rest being average, it's all good stuff.

From a rappers standpoint, 50 lost it. Game Joe and jada(who hasn't had an album lately) have been consistent with their style. As a music artist, Joe and 50 are the smartest. They're not afraid to innovate new styles. Hmthey have slow jams here, party stuff, diss tracks but they vary it to not just one market. Game and ja mostly target or market and ja can barely make a fucking slow Jam without ashanti. I liked the game and heard he has a new album coming out and I hope to hear more from jadakiss. It's nice to see fat Joe out there again though. 50 could have made great music with jada and Joe if 50s ego didn't lead him to diss them because of ja. Sucks..

Game released The R.E.D. Album last year and has another one coming out. Kiss has released two AMAZING mixtapes. Both are better than any album released by anybody.

I'd rather not see 50 work with Joe. Nor Jada to be honest. I don't know why.

I don't know why Luda worked with Bieber, but I've never been a Luda fan.

Some artists release some of their best stuff on mixtapes. There's guys like Fred The Godson who haven't released a studio album, but have released some incredible mixtapes. I prefer official mixtapes though ~ how the artist wants it to be.
