OMGGGG YAAAASS I WAS WAITING FOR A NEW TRAILER AFTER ENDGAMEEE! ENDGAME SPOILERS you have been warned! I was hoping to see how Peter would cope after all that trauma, happy to see they don't gloss it over, in the trailer anyway.
I'm still sad about Ironman, but I feel like in the first movie Peter was too dependent on Tony, but at the same time he needed a mentor at that time. So it'll be interesting to see him in this movie without him.
*sobs remembering Tony is gone*

Uncle Ben: Am I a joke to you? I think they’re changing things up in a way that makes sense with the MCU plot line, while also remaining true to the character. It’d be kind of weird if Spidey was just suddenly, “I’m sad because Uncle Ben is dead. Even though my mentor just died, I’m just sad about Uncle Ben for some reason.” Making Iron Man that figure works well to help transition these two movies, as well as give Peter a reason for character development.

And yet, they keep alluding to the existence of an Uncle Ben in the MCU. Peter's suitcase in the first trailer even has Ben's initials on it.

Just let him and Bruce Wayne’s parents rest in peace! XD
In all honesty, I don’t think we necessarily need to bring him up again. We all know the origin story pretty well by now, and going over it again just takes away time for moving forward. Would it be bad if they did some sort of flashback? No, it might have some good character development. But in what I can tell of how they’ve set up this story, we don’t need Uncle Ben right now. Tony’s much more recent death is a much stronger influence at this time.

But I do expect Uncle Ben to brought up in a little more detail at some point, probably in a third film.

I just saw the movie. And may I say... IT WAS SO AWESOME! ESPECIALLY THE FINAL BATTLE!
But really, did they seriously expect us Spider-Man fans to fall for Mysterio's good-guy act? To all the little kids who had no idea...
And speaking of which...man, J.K. Simmons definitely hasn't lost his touch.
