I wasn't trying to make that implication. I'm not saying you were, I'm just saying there are some people who are taking it that way. Oh, okay. My bad.

WE HAVE NEW INFO! The forms shown on the USUM front covers are indeed fusions of Solgaleo/ Lunala and Necrozma, which occurs when Necrozma absorbs one or the other. The Solgaleo fusion form is called Necrozma Mane of Twilight, while the Lunala fusion form is called Necrozma Wings of Dawn. They retain Solgaleo and Lunala's signature moves of Sunsteel Strike and Moongeist Beam, respectively.

To be perfectly honest, the more I learn about USUM, the less hyped I get. They're really holding back on the pre-release info-dumps compared to the original SM games, surprisingly enough. I'm pretty sure there were a good number of pre-release info-dumps with XY and ORAS as well. And so far, from what we DO know, it seems to be following B2W2's footsteps way too closely, which make these games seem uninspired.

We knew about as much about Emerald as we do about these games during this same timeframe. There was almost no info about it until about two months prior, yet it's easily the most popular Gen 3 game.

The difference is that the RSE games were completely original as far as Pokemon games go. With USUM, all of the information so far is really reminding me of B2W2 and it's giving me bad vibes.

And we have some more new info! - Lycanroc is to get a special Z-Move called Radial Edge Storm, which requires it to know Stone Edge. The Z-Move has a secondary effect that can eliminate Terrain effects. It can work on all forms of Lycanroc.
- Rockruff that have the Ability Own Tempo, which is currently only available from special distribution, can evolve into Dusk Form between 17:00 and 17:59 at Level 25. Only those Rockruff can evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc.

Summary of new info, courtesy of Serebii: - The English names of Necrozma's new forms are Necrozma Dusk Mane and Necrozma Dawn Wings.
- Various new areas depicted in the video include a beach, and early parts of the game and clothing were also shown.
- Lycanroc's Z-Move is Splintered Stormshards in English, apparently.
- The two new Ultra Beasts are currently known as UB-Burst and UB-Assembly. Burst is exclusive to Ultra Sun while Assembly is exclusive to Ultra Moon.
- The special distribution Rockruff depends on your version. If you play Ultra Sun, it will know the moves Tackle, Bite, Fire Fang, and Happy Hour. If you play Ultra Moon, it will know the moves Tackle, Bite, Thunder Fang, and Happy Hour. Both are Level 10 and come with a Focus Band attached.

Something new just popped up! "As reservations are set to open for Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon at the end of the week, a special promotional poster has been seen in a variety of stores. This poster showcases Hau, Lillie, Gladion, Necrozma and the starters as well as multiple mystery characters hiding in the shadows at the top. Currently their true nature is not [yet] known."
