I guess they'll explain where the story of USUM falls. Is it a sequel, or alternate versions. Pokémon fans are cancerous. Some of the comments are just simply ridiculous. Regarding Gen IV, I kinda don't think they need remakes, as the originals were pretty decent itself. But I don't mind them getting remade. I do think it'll happen, considering the hints being dropped left, right and center. Gen VIII will probably be a dual release on 3DS/Switch. I would want the remakes mainly for the Distortion World. Do you guys know how cool that would look in 3D?

Me when I saw the end of the trailer and they mentioned USUM OUT OF NOWHERE: It seems like GameFreak's new thing with main series games is to introduce them by going "Oh by the way, here's the next Pokemon game, bye" without telling us anything else about it. That's how it felt with Sun and Moon, at least.

It generally goes along the lines of "Oh, those ten seconds of footage we saw prove that these are going to be the worst games in the series" or something to that effect. It gets a lot worse than just that, but that seems to be the base of what they're all saying. My favourite salt comment is people calling for the death of the 3DS because there are still games getting released on it instead of all of Nintendo's games going to the Switch. Those people obviously have no idea how many Nintendo fans that move would alienate. XD Edit: Wow. Looking into it more and it turns out that there is A LOT of close minded Switch owners calling for the death of the 3DS. What a bunch of ignorant dicks. I can see why you want to get away from the toxicity now. It's like the idea of a well-selling handheld console not dying out when its home console companion dies is a foreign concept to them. I mean, when you really think about it the 3DS is fundamentally the same as the original DS, just with better hardware and graphics, and that's been around since the mid-2000s. Personally I can see the 3DS staying alive just as long as the Switch.

All I ask, TPC is an Alolan Arcanine or a Mega Arcanine, that's it. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Oh, and put more facial expressions on the main characters. They're like "Lol, Lillie just got kidnapped."I agree with the facial expressions (which confuses me because every other character is so expressive, meaning it wouldn't be hard to do the same for the protagonists). And while I would love Alolan or Mega Arcanine, I highly doubt it will happy. One, because they seem to be done with introducing new Megas for the time being and have somewhat phased out their importance, and two, because Arcanine already appeared in its normal form in Sun and Moon, so an Alolan Arcanine wouldn't make any sense. Mega evo is unlikely at this point but new Alolan forms are still possible, they did say that new Pokemon are going to be introduced in USUM that were never seen in the original. Could be new UBs or new Alolan forms but I won't be expecting much.

(It also doesn't hurt that I've never played any of the Gen 4 games.). ... ((I just died inside.))

Do you guys know how cool that would look in 3D? It would kinda look like the Ultra Dimension, minus the distortions. Visually would be a treat to see it. I hope it gets pushed to be released after the first Gen VIII game, because I want it on the Switch. I do think it'll be on the Switch even more so because the 3DS can play DS games, so DPPt is still accessible. DS can't play the GameBoy Color games (GSC>HGSS), 3DS can't play Gameboy Advance games (RSE>ORAS). FRLG is the exception that stands. People calling for the death of 3DS is retarded. Especially considering the games being released now have been in development before the Switch was released. Nintendo specifically mentioned the Switch and 3DS would exist side by side, and that the Switch is replacing the Wii U, not the 3DS. I defend Nintendo a lot, but its fans are the worst.

It wouldn't make any sense for an Alolan Growlithe or Arcanine to appear if normal ones already appear. I wasn't saying that new Alolan mons or UBs wouldn't happen. However, I don't think they're likely. I think they're going to end up bringing in old Pokémon you couldn't catch in Sun and Moon.

So, for all we know, they're just gonna change it up.

Sure, storywise it will be alternate, but I have a pretty good feeling that they're not going to add a lot of new Pokémon or new forms. I'll admit I could be wrong, but typically, when they saw "new" Pokémon, it's ones you couldn't catch in that region before, but you can catch in other regions and games.

Marshaddow + Necro-Solgaleo and Necro-Lunala with Pokémon from other regions. I don't think we'll get Mega Evolutions in the near future, and newer Alolan forms seem a stretch, unless it's non-Kanto Alolan forms. Actually, I hope it's Pokémon for Sinnoh just so more people can be salty :3

The thing about theories this early on is that they end up not being true without substantial proof. We'll have to wait and see if E3 gives us anything before we can believe any of those theories.
