Because Dragonite won't be on the cover. And because it still doesn't have a Mega Evolution. cool story bro.

First footage is tomorrow! Can't wait! Ten bucks says all we get is a shot of Pikachu standing on that building from the direct, followed by a "not actual gameplay" clip of the legendaries (In silhouette, of course) rising out of the ocean.

Motherf**ker. It was just a rerun of the first Sun and Moon trailer! Though Masuda said there will be more than 10 new My Little Pony in the Sun and Moon games.

Which brings up a question--do you guys think we'll get a "full-sized" new roster this time around, or a more limited one like X and Y gave us?

I heard rumors way back when XY was all the hype that said there were only 69 Kalos Pokemon because there will be an additional 69 in a third version/sequel game, and I still think Gen VII will have a connection to Gen VI like Gen II did with Gen I.

I second this...I do wonder though, is running out of ideas a real problem? I've thought of it for a bit, and of concluded it does take some creativity to come up with pokemon and pokemon designs. Could they be limiting the number of pokemon each gen to have more mons in the long run? I guess my main question is, is it possible to just run out of ideas for pokemon, or am i just underestimating the creativity of people?

We've seen what Yu-Gi-Oh can do in terms of spitting out new cards, so although the quality of Pokemon may tank a bit, I feel that overall the creators could go on with at least a couple more generations before falling apart.
