Gotta give this game props for being SO SCARY. It's freaked me out more than a few times. I'm posting the first Markiplier video of the playthrough here, it's still ongoing, but I know there are finished playthroughs. Already. Give it a try, discuss!

Pewdiepie: 3/8 people survived; Mike, Ashley, and Emily. Killed: Matt, Jessica, Sam (by accident for all three) and Josh (I think either way he dies in the game)

This wasn't a horror game, it was a drama/mystery/thriller. There are so few jumpscares in this game, and they aren't even properly executed. I can think of two moments in the game where I could understand people getting antsy/scared. 1.) When Mike has his hand caught in the trap and has the choice to either cut off his fingers or pry them from the trap while a dog/wolf is watching. 2.) When Ashley is in the mines and hears "Jess's" voice and can open up the trap door (which has a Wendigo inside). Otherwise nothing even made me flinch. The game seemed more about how the characters reacted with one another with the "killers" in the background. Not saying it was a bad "game" but it was far from perfect, and in the sense of an interactive story was greatly lacking. In terms of graphics and VA it was very nice, although I must put some question into the script for the cast... for a modern cabin "horror" setting it seemed more in tune with a cliche 80's flick. Also, the main characters looked too old to be teens around 18! Buy it once it ends up around $8-15 on Ebay, as it is fun to watch/play, but it is not worth the current price IMO. You'd probably play it once or twice before getting bored with it. Only hardcore gamers wanting achievements and those absolutely obsessed with the game would play it more than that. 8.4/10, kept me interested all the way through and had decent plot twists, but could have been executed better.
