Okay, so this concept has been a big part of Pokémon for the past couple years, and it will probably remain so for some time. And with E3 coming up, there's a chance we'll be getting an announcement of a new game. So, since this will probably be a part of said game, let's have some discussion.
What is(are) your favorite Mega Evolution(s) so far? What is(are) your least favorite(s)?
My personal favorite is Mega Gallade, mainly because it's the one I've been waiting so long for. When they announced Mega Gardevoir for X and Y, but not Mega Gallade, I was kind of peeved. Gallaudet deserved one as well, especially since Mega Mewtwo X was merely a copy of Gallade's types and ability. Thankfully, Gamefreak did not disappoint. Mega Gallade has come to be useful in my battles, even with a neutral nature. His Speed and Attack work wonders against my opponents. Other favorites of mine include Sceptile, Scizor, and Venusaur.
As for least favorite, it's got to be Mega Audino. I'm not especially fond of Mega Lopunny, but at least it can do work in battle. Audino can't do much of anything and it takes a lot of breeding to get the moves it needs. I'm sure some people have been able to use it, but it's more of a stall Mega, which is not my style.
One more question: Is there any Mega(s) you're hoping they'll have in the next game(s)?
Though I'd love it if some Kalos Pokémon got Megas, there's a few older gen Pokes I'd want to see Mega Evolve. Flygon is definitely on the list, because it has so much potential. Gliscor would be awesome, too, just because it'd be so powerful. Donphan, Crobat, Haxorus, Rhyperior, and Raichu are also on the list.

Does Primal Reversion count? If so, then I'm gonna say Primal Groudon, because the look is cool and Desolate Land sounds like a pretty useful Ability. If not, I will have to say Mega Blaziken and Mega Sceptile, because the looks are cool too and, what else, they belong to May and Ash, respectively. I'd say they make a good battling couple with those two at hand.
Least favorite? I never really thought of one. I think they're all cool and useful in their own ways.

I'm not really sure on any specific ones, but I am interested to see more Unova Pokemon get their own Mega Evolved forms. The final forms of the Unova starters come to mind.
