Well to get this out of the way I'm no expert at building teams but I did my fair share of IV and EV training in Gen 4, so I at least know the basics of competitive battling.
Overall this looks to be a decent sweeper team. You have the ones that play their role well , both fast and a good attack/ special attack stat. But I thought that you're only allowed one of a particular item in competitive play?
EVs should be obvious enough, but what type are you wanting Jolteon's HP to be? Ice is probably the best but I'm not completely sure.
Overall I'd say 9/10. There's probably something that you could do better that I can't see, and I'm rather hesitant about giving out a full 10 for anything when it comes a rating.

@ranger Jack Walker: Yeah, that was in mind when thinking of this team. I think I may need some revenge killers and defensive Pokemon. Scizor, Togekiss, Porygon Z, and/or Kingdra might find their way onto the team.
The hidden power for Jolteon is supposed to be Grass/Ice. Also, this is my goal for a team, I don't have it, yet.
Remember, guys you can post your teams.

That is a very good team. I'm assuming you're somewhat offensive?

Mixed. Somewhat offensive. The team structure isn't all that unique really. Basically, Stealth Rock Lead -> Set Up Sweeper -> Bulky Sweeper -> Kamikaze -> Bulky Spinner -Late game cleaner

With that in mind, I think I will use a Steelix for the "Stealth Rock" and "Kamikaze" role.

A queation to those who play a lot of multiplayer: Which is the most annoying Pokemon to face regardless of your Team?
For me it's Magic Bouce Espeon. F*** that thing.

@ranger Jack: Jumpluff. Surprising, but with its great speed, and usage of Sleep Powder, Substitute, and Leech Seed, that makes a REALLY long battle.

Interesting. Though I never see Jumpluff in even UU.
I quit playing OU because of MB Espeon. I then found my comfort zone in RU.

Yeah, I mean, right now I got a Charizard, Weavile, and Gyarados (w/ Ice Fang) on my team, so you wouldn't think a Jumpluff would be much trouble. But since it goes first, it puts them to sleep, uses Substitute, and then leeches them.
Btw this guy had a whole team of the same Jumpluff.

Hey guys, my team right now is: Claydol (traplayer) Metagross (wall) Spiritomb (wall) Infernape (S. Sweeper) Ninjask (Baton Passer to either Garchomp or Salamence, whatever you guys recommend)
Which would be a better addition to the team, Salamence or Garchomp?

If you're playing by tiers, then Garchomp is banned.
I don't think you should use Metagross as a pure wall. It's wasted potential.
My personal favourite Metagross strategy is using Trick + Iron Ball item
Use Trick on the first turn and switch items with your opponent. Iron Ball seriously screws over sweepers.
Also, I'm not sure about Infernape being a pure special sweeper. Have you tried a Mixed Sweeper?
The rrest looks good on paper but you should give the EVs, selected ability, etc next time. And better yet, try out your team first and then come back and describe your experience breifly pointing out what gave you the most trouble.

Tried out both Garchomp and Salamence on PBR. Garchomp did a tad better, but they both stood their own and took out some when used against legendary/uber teams.
Btw, replaced Spiritomb and Metagross with Milotic and Dusknoir as the walls.
