Putting this here for both everyone to see and try out as well as to save it for myself as I do a bit of an overhaul on my computer which will probably amount to wiping the HDD with a new OS so I'll lose a bit of data if I don't save it. Namely in this case my tabs, lol.

The forum that links to has information about the ROM Hack and from what I've seen it's a hack of Fire Red to create a story far more similar to the Pokemon Adventures Manga in following Red around. As such you start with Poliwhirl, can catch a Pikachu terrorizing Pewter City (which looks to have Speed Boost), among other things.
I haven't downloaded it yet cause it seems the programer was planning on doing an update this week but others can take a look now if they want.
