Why Zubat? I don't see what's hate-able about it. It pops up a lot in the games when you're running XD NONSTOP ZUBAT I see. Yeah, that kinda happened to me with my Pokemon Pearl game.

Let's dig your old fond memories... It spams every few steps in a cave. Oh, yeah. That was a bit irking. Indeed. Tentacool for the same reason as Zubat in water.

....Miltank. Whitney's Miltank is the reason I gave up on Pokémon games when I was 12 But now I play Pokémon again ^_^ Hallelujah, amen. It took me nine attempts and three days of level-grinding to beat that thing...

Mega Audino. Total waste of a Mega.
Also, Furfrou's pretty annoying because of its ability.

It took me nine attempts and three days of level-grinding to beat that thing... It became worse in the remakes from what my friend said, mainly because it has the Scrappy ability, allowing it to hit Ghost-types with Normal and Fighting attacks.

I don't exactly hate Miltank for that, but I don't remember how many times it took to beat Whitney since I haven't battled her since Crystal. I never got any of the 4th Gen games.

It took me nine attempts and three days of level-grinding to beat that thing... I was stuck on her for a week or so before I finally took that monster down (Full disclosure: I was one of those kids who only trained their starter, but in my defence, I wasn't so smart in fourth grade.) Another one I didn't like (still kinda don't) is Starmie, at least when I'm on the opposite side. Maybe it's my tendency to pick teams that don't match up well with them, but they always outpace my efforts to put them away.

OG I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DID THAT WHEN I WAS A KID XD Starmie was pretty annoying to deal with in the second gym. They didn't give you much to deal with it unless you found a Pikachu, chose Bulbasaur, caught an Oddish, or raised up a strong Bug-type. On that note, Viola's Vivillon can be a bit annoying as a first gym main. It's so bulky and Infestation will wipe you out if you're not ready.

I would catch an Oddish in my Red Version specifically to take down Starmie, then box it. Mercifully, Beedrill learns a Bug move early in Gen III, so that became my new strategy (that, and using it as a contingency for the Saffron Gym).

The only problem is that most of those useful Pokémon were still weak to Starmie's Psychic attacks.

See, I don't actually hate him. Mainly because I love Crobat.
