Once you beat the league, Professor Sycamore will take you to this city where a place called the Friend Safari is. The "Friend Zones" are where you can find up to three Pokémon of types assigned to friends that you've exchanged friend codes with. Also, got into the friend zones of Lightning and ┌༼ຈل͜ຈ༽┘ last night. Raichu's has Octillery, Azumarill, and Wartortle. RJW's has Swirlix and Snubbull (haven't seen the third one yet, but it'll be a Fairy-type). Wait what? So this thing works even if the friend doesn't have the game yet? It's all about entering their friend code, I think. If you're registered in their friend list at all, they can get Pokemon from you. |

Finally got to use Friend Safari! Awesome selection by the way. Marksman got me a Ferroseed, a Klang, and an Excadrill. Queen PurpleRock I got me a Pachirisu and a female Pikachu that I will use for breeding. LuciferIX got me a Teddiursa, a Loudred, and a Ditto. Speedy_Fox_IV got me a Growlithe with Flash Fire, a Pyroar, and two Braixen of both genders, so I'm ready to begin a Fennekin breeding service. And Skarm got me a Pumpkaboo and a SHINY Lampent! Awesome!!!! Lol, its funny cause you got me a shiny Machoke. XD |

Well there you go you can find them in both games. I wasn't too sure if Zoroark was in X so thanks Speedy for clearing that out. Yep, it's just that if the friend also has beaten the E4 in X or Y you get a third Pokemon from them. And if they're online when you're catching they have a chance to have their hidden abilities. |
