As for the others it barely matters. Outside of an outfit change they never stay for long enough to notice.

Paul: 11 (according to the timeline on Bulbapedia saying he was 10 a year before the first episode.)

Cilan, Iris, and Tracy: N/A (but Iris looks 10, Cilan looks at least 15, and Tracy looks between 10 and 15)
Max: 7 (Hahah! Little twat will never get a Pokemon!)
Delia: 29 (Novel)
Prof. Oak: Obviously old to be a grandfather.

None of them age, nor will they ever.
