This only has four episodes, and I've only seen the first episode, but I am really impressed with what I've seen. The anime is focused on an owner of a pet shop who is known as Count D.
Don't be percieved by his looks, he's actually a nice guy. His pet shop is unusual and he gives his customers a contract with three rules to follow, one of the rules is always never to show the pet to anyone and there are nasty consequences when they break the contract.
Count D is confronted by a police officer, who believes he is using his pet shop in Chinatown to smuggle drugs. Over the episodes they begin to get on with each other well.
