I see it is. Is the whole season dubbed or has it just started? it just started. I think it comes out on Monday but I could be wrong Well since I've seen it subbed I really didn't have to watch 22mins of it. I think the voice is just fine for Kirito. I mean it could of been worse. I'm just curious how Asuna will sound like. and I want to watch the eps when Kirito and Asuna get married dubbed cause their like the best episodes ever.  |

Oh yeah, that was coming on around this time. Well Toonami should have a good show to fill in for a full third of a year. Surprising too considering how recent the series is. Most of the time it takes a while to get attention for dubbing.
Probably not going to watch it again there though. English voice acters barely ever sound better than the Japanese seiyuu. There are exceptions of course but especially after you've already seen the series the other version just sounds worse.

The 3rd one I heard is great since the second arc was so...rushed. But I was surprised to see it dubbed already. It normally takes forever for a show to be dubbed. But still, at least Tonami has something good airing now. Personally I prefer the subbed version of SAO but the dub is not that bad. So far I haven't found a voice that I really hate. But if there are two animes that I will always prefer to watch in english that would have to be Death Note and Code Geass. |

Uh, not sure if it's the first time. But I wouldn't doubt that English is the most common language that they get dubbed into first. So if I had to take a guess, I'd put my money on yes, this is the first time it's been dubbed from Japanese.

I just started watching it! I stoppped watching anime after Attack on Titan, but SAO has gotten me into it again Thanks for the link Wubbzy and Ampplaca, I'm watching it subbed but I'll try it dubbed if the VA's are good enough  |

I finished Attack on Titan, though it wasn't bad I still prefer Sword Art Online. It all really comes down to a matter of tastes. For me, I couldn't really get into Attack on Titan. Don't get me wrong, it's a great show and if a second season rolled along I would definitely watch it. But there's just something that SAO has that makes me choose it. |
