Yeah, those were some of my favorite games, and probably the first ones that I actually beat. I wasn't really good on the first and second gen games.

I played Sinnoh first, and then Hoenn, and I really loved Hoenn.

Nov 21st? yeah, a remake is in the making. They always make a remake on the ten year mark. but normally they would have the game released near the anniversary mark. Wonder what's with the hold up? XD
Why with the negetive uplook with TP in the anime? the writers never wanted them out to begin with so why start now? They've put every bad origination in the anime so why stop now? And if this TR arc is the downfall who will be the bad guys then? Surly the writers could use this to put TP in. I mean Unova isn't the same without TP. But this is what i believe.

Well, it's a matter of the fact that the episodes that they were to premiere in were banned because they just happened to be scheduled to be shown about the same time that the tsunami occured. Plus, if they showed them now, it'd just be kind of stupid.
And I'll give you a reason why the remakes haven't been made yet: Black and White 2.

Wasn't there a tweet from one of the makers of R/S/E a while back that he appreciates all the tweets towards the remakes and he would love them to remade soon? I really got some old fans hyped up and there hasn't been news since though.
I would be so upset if there is no remakes. I miss the simple contests!

Even Lyra? Dawn's was more cute and Leaf was alright. May's Emerald outfit i think was the best. If May remains in the remakes the new outfit will be May's 3rd outfit. I can imagine her wearing something warm since her last two looked like something you would wear in Spring or Summer.

Well it is Hoenn after all so it's not like Dawn with her Sinnoh clothes. Tropics vs. North. But it would be interesting to actually play them again. Especially seeing as how I lost all three of my Gen III games sometime in the last couple years... But as for my favorite, it's a hard choice between Gen I and II, but I think Gen II wins out when it comes to the originals. Being able to go to 2 regions still is better in the end. Though the Gen I remakes introduced the wonderful idea of a more powerful Elite Four the second time through.
But while it would be nice to see a redo of the Hoenn seasons as well, just envisioning it is about as close as we'll get in the end sadly.

The Kanto region in HG/SS was too short and too small. But it give me good times of my memories and i really loved the order of versioning the gym leaders like starting with Lt.Surge first rather than Brock. For now, i'm sure there will be the day with Hoenn will be remade. I mean why stop the remakes now?
EDIT: I went to serebii and got more news on the TR arc.
