True I guess, though I try not to get worked up about. If I git gud, facing bad clouds shouldn't be a problem. Bayonetta is more dangerous imo. Bayonetta is still amazing, but she's now a medium risk and medium reward character. Back then she was no risk and no reward. She's awesome to play as, but a bitch to play against. Yeah, oh well. Just don't get witch time'd. At least Marth is good in this game too. Took a while. I prefer lucina more though. |

It's not even just Witch Time you'll have to worry about when it comes to a good Bayo player. And Marth? Eh. I think they overrated him. He's good, don't get me wrong, but I think he apexed this year with Pugwest and Mr. E. I think once we develop further, Marth won't have as many options. His big issues are his combos; they're not always guaranteed and his attacks aren't always the most safe - they're very committed. It's like in Melee, but in there, Marth had many ways of escaping or pressuring while having many laggy attacks. Here, he has average match ups and can't always fight toe-to-toe with the upper ranking characters such as Sheik or Diddy Kong. Lucina is a tad worse with it because of no tip. Raw base power is more consistent, but it won't help when she has to be in front of them and expect to not get punished. However, she and Marth do help out in each others bad matchups from what I've seen and played. |

Yeah, I can see why Marth peaked. No real combos. I guess melee Marth will always be the best. I never played or seen brawl Marth though, is he any Good there?
Yeah, I can see why lucina could be worse.
Thus how I see it, in my simple mind. Use marth against bigger targets that you can space, and use lucina against smaller targets that are more elusive.

Brawl Marth was very good. He is 5th in the overall tier list for Brawl. Pretty spot on; Marth is great against the larger characters with his tips. Lucina is more for Sheik and Diddy, even Pikachu, as those three can die very easily due to her greater base power. |

I wonder how the portable controls will feel like. The 3ds control are not great so playin smash is a bit difficult.

I've been maining him for over a year, while i've been maining Pikachu for 2 months and theyre already basically at the same level. His learning curve is bananas. |
