And man oh man, am I impressed or what. This could also connect to the theory that the X and Y represent the chromosomes if you think about it as well.

And Fairy types can be like a 'magical or mystical type'.
But I'm with Gengar on this. I'm meh about it. It sounds intersting, but at the same time, not so much.
Then again, I guess when they first released gen 2, Dark types might have been considered useless since we already had Ghost types at the time.
But look at them today! They're extremely popular.
So if this is true, I'm gonna give it a chance! Plus, it it will be a Fairy type, it could slightly match with the theory that Pichu posted up a while ago.
Ahahaha anyway's, I really hope Nintendo released more info about the game soon. I'm expecting a lot more teaser trailers this summer because I'm getting tired of this shit.
