Cute is subjective. I could find Ninfia completely ugly and it's all subjective.

Plus, think about it:

Showers - Vaporeon
Thunders - Jolteon
Booster - Flareon
Blacky - Umbreon
Eifie - Espeon
Leafia - Leafeon
Glacia - Glaceon

All with the exception of Flareon and Espeon, each had a clear sign of being part of a specific type. You can also say that the looks, too. But, if we only had the name of that Pokemon, we would already speculate each of their types by their names. I'm doing that with Ninfia.

Ninfia - Ninja (sort of)

Now, I have the chance of being wrong, but until we get its exact type, we will never stop speculating. You don't have to agree or disagree.

People think Fennekin was using Psywave against Kirlia, but it could look like Growl. Who knows.

Well, after thinking about it. I find it cute that it was announced a few days before Valentines day. I heard apparently this Pokemon was made specially for this day.
Then I thought. What if it's just a normal type?
Eevee has a 87.5% chance of being male. So that means, it's harder to get a female Eevee. So what if this Eeveelution can only evolve into this form if it's female. And with a stone or though trade. I mean, Snowrunt can only evolve into a Froslass if it's female and with a stone. So it'd make sense? Perhaps they made more stones for this new Eeveelution.
I honestly don't think it has a new type. Only normal. I do agree that it doesn't look all THAT strong, but I love its design! It just looks soooooooo cute!; A ;
But I could be wrong, perhaps this Eeveelution could be pretty strong!xD
Ohhh, and if my theory is right, I do hope they'll have a male version evolution! u u u Because I don't think they only came out with just one Eeveelution.;D
