So I was watching a video where someone was examining the trailer pretty closely and he noticed that in the scene you see the male trainer swinging on vines, the glasses he normally has on aren't present, which would seem to be stronger proof that characters are indeed customizable.

Unfortunately, no. Serebii hasn't posted any news since the official artworks of Xerneas and Yveltal. Well, at least I know that they are going to give a Keldeo via Wi-Fi. About time. They gave one away right before release, didn't you get it then?

That'd be quite a change, then! A great one at that! ...Unless the trailer was intentionally modified so then more customers can be drawn in...

Found this on my tumblr today. Some interesting rumors found on ScrewAttack
Remember to take it with a grain of salt.

But X and Y is based purely on France. yet again, I have very little knowledge on the landscape of the country. So I won't say any more.
But those rumours do make sense, but if this guys is the one to release Snivy and Mudkip's name only out of who knows rumours his made, we can only say that in the message you posted Gengar that maybe one of two of them can be true.

I think it would be really interesting to see the starters evolve into what's been predicted, although if that was the case then Froakie probably would evolve into fighting type.
Unless Wizard Fighting type makes sense xD

Well I do see Fenkin evoking into something elegant. I don't see it getting the fire/fighting line up at all.
If Frokie is going to the wizard look then it becoming have fighting will be very strange. Wizards use magic and staffs, not boxing gloves. xDD

I've honestly always wanted a wizard like Pokemon
And then I'd name it Gandalf
Because I'm sooooooooo original.

Actually, I think that was a glitch. If you look closely at that scene, you'll see that the glasses are on the floor. Also, I believe that all the starters are based on the Chinese zodiac. u u u

Well even if it was a glitch, wouldn't that mean that the glasses are actually a separate polygon thing or whatever from the person? Like, if glitches can push them off, wouldn't that mean that the person and the glasses are two separate things? That would suggest that the characters are still customizable.
