I hope that in the inevitable Z version, they retcon the story so that Mega Evolution isn't just some throw away feature that only a handful of characters use and has no bearing on the plot. I'd like for it to feautre prominently in the story of Team Flare as well not have it be a super secret technique so that more NPCs can have Mega Evolutions. The Elite 4 for example, could do with them, especially since 2 of them already have Pokemon that can mega evolve( Wikstrom with Scizor and Siebold with Gyarados) and Malva and Drasna could easily switch out one pokemon each for one that can mega evolve. I'm thinking that Malva can replace Torkoal with Mega Houndoom and Drasna can replace Altaria or Druddigon with Mega Garchomp. And then the Gym Leaders can join in on the fun in the Battle Chateau since most of them already use pokemon capable of mega evolving in the Chateau.

There's only two gym leaders in the Chateau that have Pokemon that are capable of Mega-Evolving. |

Well, I lost my Y Version Nuzlocke yesterday. I was in Victory Road and my Pokémon were the same levels as the Elite Four. However, I made a few stupid decisions, resulting in Calem killing off my Tyrantrum, my Linoone, my Staraptor, and my Blastoise. After that, some Veteran trainers killed my Delphox and my Florges. So, now, I'm working on a new Nuzlocke run of Y, this time using Chespin, and I've discovered something that I thought I'd inform other people thinking of Nuzlocking the games. On Route 2, your first encounter will always be a Pidgey. I think it's a forced encounter the game designers put in. So now, I've heard tell of a "Pidgey Clause" saying you don't have to catch that Pidgey. I just found this out now in the first gym, so I'm not gonna bother with the rule right now, but I thought I'd let the rest of you know about it.
