Something pretty interesting from my source on the XY games. It regards a press conference and subsequent interview about the games in Barcelona, Spain, by Junichi Masuda:   The information:- Masuda was thrilled about the worldwide released of the games.
- Masuda loved how Pokemon trades and battles have connected the world.
- Yesterday, the GTS passed the 10,000,000 trade mark.
- Junichi love Barcelona and also likes the energy from those who cosplay. (He may also return to Spain in the future)
- Mewtwo was the first Pokemon they wanted to give a Mega Evolution.
- The Mega Evolution designs took three months to make.
- The concept was to bring back some old Pokemon so they don't look old.
- The creative process of the games was really difficult.
- The wild Pokemon encounter music (Wild Pokemon Music) was made to match Mono and Scary Pokemon and the same time.
- The Gym Leader music was the last to be created and it was made to reflect the competitive spirits of Trainers.
- Masuda then told the audience to buy the Pokemon XY soundtrack on Itunes.
The interview:Fan - Hello Mr. Masuda can you tell us more information about the leak Legendaries Diancie, Volcanion and Hoopa? Masuda - I haven't have time to see those websites so I can't really said nothing about them. Fan - What are the standards of Mega Evolutions? Masuda - Is not something determinate yet but Mega Evolution did bring balance to the games. Fan - Those pressing button B unlocks something? Masuda - It always too. (Everyone laughs) Fan - Who is your favorite new Pokemon introduced in Pokemon XY? Masuda - My favorite Pokemon from Pokemon XY is Sylveon. Fan - Why did we obtain one Eeveelution this generation? Masuda - Because it represent the new type [Fairy] and Fairy types need it to stand out this generation. Fan - Mr. Masuda are we getting new Eeveelutions? Masuda - We will definitely see new Eeveelutions in the future. Fan - Does designing a Pokemon that so much time? Masuda - Not all of them, Xerneas and Yveltal designs were made years ago. Fan - What was the inspiration of Yveltal? Masuda - The inspiration for Yveltal was the letter Y and destruction caused by power. |

Well that finally confirms it. They do have unused Pokemon designs just waiting around for the right generation to be used. Been confirmed since Gen 3. Shellos and Gastrodon are confirmed to have originally been planned for Gen 3. |

It's more like this: "Hey! We have too many Pokemon designs this gen!" "Let's just put them aside and use them some other time if we make another generation of Pokemon games." |

It's tedious, repetitive and most importantly, the face recognition feature is complete garbage. So fucking terrible. I tried using and my Pokemon probably hates me because I could do the facial expressions.

Depends on the rest of your team and how well-balanced it is. Infernape, Golem, Garchomp,Scizor, and Doublade. After looking at it, it might seem that my team is lacking defense. |
