It took me an hour and a half just to find a Pokemon to use Fly so I could get to Team Flare's base(I ended up using a Fletchling by going all the way down to the first two routes of the game after figuring out you can't just walk/ride there. Stupid Team Flare... they blocked the place off.) I did recommend for you to keep the one you had. Talonflame is a beast. My Talonflame is my strongest Pokemon... I just didn't want him to learn Fly. I hate HM's.

Just beat the fourth gym. Would've been so much easier if my Talonflame hadn't been paralyzed and that stupid Jumpluff didn't spam Acrobatics on me. Ramos's team kept knocking out my party members until it was only his Weepinbell and my Greninja left. I knew it had Grass Knot and could easily use it to finish me off. Instead, it went for a Poisonpowder that failed and I just had Greninja spam Quick Attack to knock it out. I won and now I need to start grinding my team up even higher for the next gym. Here's what I understood from this: Just beat the fourth gym. Would've been so much easier if my Something hadn't been paralyzed and that stupid Jumpluff didn't spam Something on me. Someone's team kept knocking out my party members until it was only his Weepinbell and my Something left. I knew it had Grass Knot and could easily use it to finish me off. Instead, it went for a Poisonpowder that failed and I just had Something spam Quick Attack to knock it out. I won and now I need to start grinding my team up even higher for the next gym. I'm not too familiar with Gen VI Pokémon...

Fly is pretty useful (well to me) since you can fly anywhere and you won't get attacked for one turn ;p But on the second turn you are defenseless to whatever they throw at you. Also, a good trainer will hit you in mid-air. I'd rather have Acrobatics or Aerial Ace for that type of thing.

I'm not too familiar with Gen VI Pokémon... Greninja is the final form of the water starter for Kalos and Talonflame is the Pidgeot of that gen. As for Acrobatics, that can be a very annoying attack if used correctly. Especially since it's generally used by fast Pokemon that aren't easy to outspeed. PichuAuraGuardian19 - And I know the feeling a bit. I got challenged randomly to a battle with some guy I did a WT with and didn't have a few of my team on me. Half was HM slaves or catching support. But I did have my Mewtwo with and if I actually was taking the battle a little seriously - considering he had a full team of 6 battlers - I could have done more damage to him than I thought. Mega evolved the Mewtwo and should have taken out the Tyranitar but targeted the Garchomp, which the former paralyzed me. Mewtwo still took out three Pokemon though before falling at least, lol.

I just love having three starters on my team, two of them knowing their ultimate moves and one of them even mega evolving xD Mega Charizard that initially has Blaze that turns into Drought while also powering out a Blast Burn? Talk about OHKO'ing entire enemy lineups!

Oh yeah, fun fact for those wanting to overlevel their Pokemon even more. The Lucky Egg works with the Exp Share. Which means that every Pokemon that didn't participate in the battle still gets 75% of what was received.

Will probably need to do the same with my Pikachu.

Oh I'm annoyed. I found a horde of Graveler. Since I'm doing some leveling that's was perfectly fine by me, but I got a wonderful surprise in it, one was shiny. Then the realization hit me, I can't Masterball it cause there's more than one, and at that level they have Magnitude, and possible Self Destruct. I couldn't try for a mass kill with Sylveon cause it might not have Sturdy, so I was going to pick them off one by one with Mewtwo.
Well worst case scenario kicked in and three magnitudes got off before I could clear enough of them. So bye bye golden Golem.
