You get the Exp. Share after the first gym anyway. And I think level 16-17 is a bit too much. I did it with a party of level 8-13.

Yeah same here. Though I found my Pokemon approaching 30 by the time I made it to the second gym.

Yveltal was an easy capture, but the fight afterwards was actually kinda interesting. He fainted my Sylveon. Then Rhyperior made him go dead.

I'm tempted to start super training again with Yveltal but I think I'll just box him and continue. I still won't have a sky battler because apparently Hawlucha doesn't count towards it. Considering he is a Flying-Type and still unable to fight, I think that solves the question about Doduo and Dodrio.

Amusingly, Manatyke and Manatine can fight in sky battles. It really ticked me off that Hawlucha can't be used in sky battles. I wanted to unleash some flying presses on them airborne buggers.
