This league is the worst among all. There is still no full battle and if kotetsu beat ash it will be whole of shit. But i think the new saga will compensate for the league. @pichu and speedy: thanks for the poster of new saga.

Hey, guys! Today's December 6th and I'm here with your PokeNews! First, there was a new episode in Japan today involving Axew getting lost. It wasn't really eventful, so I'm not going to go into it. However, I did get some new info about Episode N! It is in fact going to be a new saga that takes place after the Unova League. Ash and the others will be heading to the White Ruins, where Reshiram was spotted by Cedric Juniper. Along the way, they meet a boy who can hear the voices of Pokemon, otherwise known as N. Ash becomes involved in a suspicious experiment Team Plasma is doing using Pokemon. By the hand of the mysterious reseacher Colress, Axew & Pikachu become vicious even towards Ash and Co.! Team Plasma says they are searching for N, but what is the ambition of their leader, Ghetsis? And! The Team Rocket trio lands back in Unova and opposes against Team Plasma! What will the outcome of THAT be? Heh-heh, I give credit to Serebii for that synopsis. And here's a poster for the new saga! Yeah, it's a little small. Sorry, couldn't find bigger. However, based on that poster, we get a few hints of things to come. Like on Corless's screen, there's an image of Genesect, so he's going to probably appear. Also, guess who's coming back to the anime? That's right! Charizard! He is featured on the poster, so we can only assume that Charizard will be coming back to Ash! Now, I don't know about you guys, but that's the news that I'm most excited about! That's all I've got for today! See you all next week! This has made my day. Now if only Cheren came along everything will be prefect.

But he would be quite useless at this point in the anime… I know, it's just a fangirl's wish that will never come true. Anyway i watched the trailer and it seems this season is more plot driven than really battle wise. Which I have no idea how it will make Ash's team any better. Am I the only one not pleased with his character development? He hasn't won a tournament and he is most likely to: lost to Kotetsu, thus making him only get to the top 8 and since the N arc will be airing the next week its pretty much confirmed he is going to lose. So really, he hasn't won anything in this season besides from getting pokemon we thought he couldn't get, his gym badges. I'm not hating Ash because of this, i just hate how he was handled.

To be honest Ash was at his best as a trainer after the BF and the Sinnoh league It's completely senseless that he always catch a new team for the region All the other competitors participate with Pokémon that they have their whole careers, therefore it doesn't surprise me that Ash loses all the time A team of Charizard, Sceptile, Pikachu, Snorlax, Swellow and Totodile/Corspish/Buizel would be a team that could win =/ Otherwise, Ash won't become better

In AG his acted mature which some of the old fan really enjoyed. Not only that but he was funny as well. In Sinnoh he became a little more but he wasn't as funny as much. In BW, he just seem to lose all of this and is acting like a rookie all over again. Its really hard to believe he mentored both May and Dawn with his current personality in BW. Also Ash loses to Kotesu and finishes in the Top 8, this will be the 3rd time: Kanto and Hoenn. Such a shame since he did so well in Sinnoh, finishing at the top 4. I just don't know how this N saga will not make Ash act mature a little more but his team as well. What will he get out of this if the season is pure story-wise?

It's embarrassing that Ash loses to Kotetsu _._ Hoped that he would have some kind of 'status' after his BF victory However, he still loses against Rookies (Trip) and idiotic trainers (Kotetsu)

Who knows, maybe there will be a new generation.
If that were to happen, Ash should do better in that league.
