My favorite Theme song for Dbz Kai :3 this one is from the saiyan saga i think, couldnt find the video from the cell saga (i prefer that one better xD) but this one is ok it still has the best song ever!

For Pokemon is almost ever single one except for black and white

But mostly my favorites are of course the advanced seasons xD
