Hey, guys! Welcome to the latest episode of PokeNews with Pichu! Today is October 18th, 2012, and I've got some news for you!
Okay, so we've had two episodes in the anime come out since I last brought you the news, and while they weren't exactly significant per say, we did get to see Ash and Cilan crossdress, as well as Pichu and Pansage, and the premieres of Braviary and Cinccino!
Alright, moving on, on the tenth, a new Japanese Wi-fi tournament called the Pokemon Center Cup was announced, holding up to 50,000 participants. Registration will start October 26th and end on the first of November. It then starts on November 2nd and ends on the 4th. This tournament is special because it will be the first Wi-fi tournament to hold single battles, so if you happen to live in Japan right now and have either Black 2 or White 2, I would recommend that you enter! Although, don't hate me, but do we actually have any members who live in Japan? Just asking.
For our Australian mates, there is two new C-Gear promotions of Keldeo for both BW and B2W2. It runs through January 17th, 2013, and the passwords for them are:
BW: KELDEOCGEARBW
B2W2: KELDEOCGEARBW2
Alright, back to Japan, there's going to be a massive Eevee promotion in November and December for the upcoming episodes in the anime that will feature Eevee and all of its evolutions. A special Funfest mission will be given out by the Pokemon Centers for Black and White 2 that will allow players to catch members of the Eevee family with their Hidden Abilities. Here are the dates:
Nov. 10 - 22: Vaporeon, Jolteon, or Flareon
Nov. 23 - Dec. 7: Espeon or Umbreon
Dec. 8 - 21: Leafeon or Glaceon
Dec. 22 - 31: Eevee and all 7 of the evolutions
Alright, there also have been some news on the new Mystery Dungeon game, but since I really don't want to have to type it all out, check up on the info on Serebii.net.
And back to Australia, a special Halloween C-Gear design for Black and White 2 has been announced to go live today and go through November 15. It does not require a password, and features a Pikachu pumpkin and two Litwick. So, if you want to get it, I'd get it fast.
