Definitely Lapras for the exclusive. Although I like Vaporeon more, he's only been used once in all the games by an elite four member. Well, champion actually.
For favorite legendary, always has been, and probably will be, Mewtwo.

For Ground I would say Garchomp but I barely consider him a Ground-Type. So I say Krookodile. Moxie ftw!
