Hey, guys! I'm here with your Pokemon news! And boy, do I have some surprises in store for you.
Alright, first off, there is a new Pokemon game due to come out this winter in Japan! What is it, you may ask? Well, I'll tell you. It's a new Mystery Dungeon game! It's called Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth. It appears to be a standalone game instead of two different versions and it's going to be only for the 3DS. This is because there have been rumors that it will be in 3D! You can start as Pikachu, Axew, Tepig, Snivy, or Oshawott, and team up with a lot of the Unovan Pokemon! Not much info on it as of yet, but I'll keep you posted!
As well, a new episode of Best Wishes 2 came out today, where we got to see Ash's new friend Kotetsu take on Marlon. Now, for those who want to wait for the episode, don't click the spoiler button. But those who don't care, feel free!
Now, the episode was mostly about how Ash and Kotetsu got lost, along with Pikachu, Riolu, and Meloetta. They were separated from Iris and Cilan, and had to make it Seigaiha City on their own! They bond, and then meet up with Marlon and his Wailord for a ride! They reunite with Iris and Cilan, and then our heroes watch Kotetsu battle Marlon.
First, it was Jellicent vs Ferrothorn, which Ferrothorn won, and then Ferrothorn lost to Mantine. Then, Samurott basically annihilated Mantine and Kotetsu got the badge.
From the looks of things, Ash is not going challenge Marlon and is using the badge that he won from Roxie as his eighth badge. So, what does this mean for Drayden, who we have yet to meet outside of a flashback. Maybe Iris is going to challenge Drayden again with Excadrill? Probably, but we'll wait and see!
